A co-creative process toward vitality

For nearly a decade, Andrea has immersed herself in the study of holistic health. In her late twenties she began struggling with an array of health issues. Physical illness, anxiety and depression were a constant battle. Sick and in and out of doctors, she knew in her heart there had to be more to life than this. So she began her study in holistic health.

Over the course of ten years Andrea has studied many facets of natural health. Her education in nutrition led her to become a Certified Detoxification Specialist, helping facilitate detoxification of the human body. She is Reiki 2 certified, which allows her to facilitate energy and intuitive healing. Andrea has also worked with areas such as iridology (the study of the iris of the eye as it relates to organs and body systems), reflexology, hydrotherapy, and other natural body therapeutics which can help facilitate natural self-healing. She has a diploma in Traditional Naturopathic Medicine, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.

With this wide range of experience over the course of ten years, Andrea’s work with clients focuses on the whole person: body, mind and spirit. During a health coaching session, we look at the challenges one is having, and explore different avenues of healing specific to each individual’s needs. We intuitively move through the session and determine a direction moving forward, and use different healing tools along the way.

To determine that direction we must not only look at where one is now physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, but we must also look at where one has been: what led you to where you are now. We may not be able to see the end just yet, but we can certainly see the beginning. Where there is an effect, there is most certainly a cause. Looking into our past can create some clarity around what is presently happening and therefore can facilitate some healing.

We may explore avenues such as nutrition, lifestyle, exercise/movement, energy work, herbal therapeutics and meditation to name a few. We will work together co-creatively, and I will meet you exactly where you are and as you are, working toward your goals at the pace you need and desire.

This work is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by all the information out there and just don’t know what “the right thing” is for you

  • You are ready to do the work it takes to begin the self-healing process

  • You are not ready to work long term toward a goal

  • You are resistant/not ready to make changes in your lifestyle or dietary choices

  • You are not ready to make time, or feel you do not have the time for yourself

  • You are not open to trying new things
