Plant Based Nutrition

Before I committed to a 100% plant-based diet, I was struggling. BIG TIME.

I didn't have a clue why, especially since I was gluten-free, processed sugar-free, corn-free, soy-free, junk food-free, and all the other "free's" you can think of.

I was eating lean meat protein, tons of fresh vegetables, and getting my probiotics through organic yogurt and kefir.

Yet my digestion was suffering, I had terrible fatigue issues, anxiety to the max, and other random symptoms including: ringing in the ears, constipation, diarrhea, bloating and stomach pain no matter what I ate, irregular and painful menstrual cycles, cystic acne, and more.

I consulted with a holistic practitioner, and guess what? I was told the meat, dairy and eggs had to go.

At that point I was so miserable I would have done anything to feel better. I followed her advice, and now just two years later I am almost symptom free (there is always something to work on...health is a journey my friend!).

But it goes deeper than just giving up animal products. There are specific foods we must consume in order to literally stay alive...foods that most of us have been ignoring or poo-poo-ing for most of our lives (myself included). Not for any fault of our own, but because of all the myths and confusing information out there on the internet and in the media.

I choose plant-based nutrition to heal my own body, and I teach plant-based nutrition to help others heal and learn the truth about what the human body needs for survival and to thrive.

That being said, I teach plant-based nutrition. I do not demand that my clients follow a plant-based diet. Rather, I give my clients the tools and information they need to deeply heal, which just happens to be free of animal products.

I meet you exactly where you are and we take small steps in the right direction for your body. I guide you steadily and at your pace toward a plant-based lifestyle. And when you're ready, you'll just know.

But the truth is, in the end eating a plant based diet lowers the risk of dis-ease. This is why I recommend it to others, and, bottom line, it's what we need to truly heal at the cellular level.

Through my studies in human detoxification, my personal experience, and watching my clients heal using a plant-based lifestyle I can confidently say this is the key to true health. The absolute KEY.
